Zubi’s pan-fried sandwiches

Zubi’s pan-fried sandwiches


  • Bread slices x 2
  • Tomato x 1
  • Mustard (American)
  • Mayonnaise
  • Butter
  • Schwartz Mixed Herbs (marjoram, basil, oregano, thyme)


  1. Scoop up about one inch of butter on a knife. Put it into the frying man and melt.
  2. Cut tomatoes in thin slices about 4 pieces and fry in butter.
  3. Add mixed herbs onto the tomatoes and flip. Cook only slightly approx 3 mins.
  4. Add pinch of salt.
  5. Turn off stove.
  6. Two slices of bread both layered with mayonnaise. Add layer of mustard to one slice as well.
  7. Add tomatoes to the bread. Add pepper to taste.
  8. Put slices together and put butter on the outside of sandwich.
  9. Heat buttered side in the frying pan.
  10. Butter other side and flip over.
